In the present day, zombie students from Zombietown enroll in Seabrook High, where suburban life revolves around traditions, uniformity, and pep rallies. Addison, daughter of patrol officer Dale and niece of cheerleading leader Bucky, embarks on a secret relationship with Zed, a popular zombie football player.

As Addison and Zed’s romance blossoms, obstacles arise, including jealousy from Bucky and a hacked Z-Band that turns Zed and his friends into “full zombies”.
