The Escape and the Encounter

As the OXCOM hides in a nearby barn, we meet Travis Cornell and his girlfriend, Tracey. Unbeknownst to them, their lives are about to change forever. When Travis mistakenly believes that Tracey’s father has arrived, he leaves her alone. This moment of distraction leads to a horrifying discovery when Tracey encounters the beast, resulting in a scream that brings her father to the scene, where he is brutally attacked.

However, the conversation takes a dark turn when Johnson murders the sheriff, leaving Travis and his mother in grave danger.

A Desperate Escape

As the tension rises, a family friend fixing the washing machine mentions a man inquiring about a dog, prompting Travis to realize that the NSO is closing in on them. He attempts to sneak out, but his mother stops him, insisting they face the danger together. Their resolve is tested when they discover their friend has been killed, forcing them to flee upstairs with the dog and barricade themselves in a bedroom.

With the OXCOM breaking down the door, Travis’s mother climbs onto the adjacent rooftop while Travis grabs a hunting gun.
