Plot Summary

In the early 1950s, a hitchhiker named Emmett Myers robs and kills motorists who offer him rides. Suspected of these crimes, Myers takes two friends, Roy Collins and Gilbert Bowen, hostage as they drive to Mexico for a fishing trip. Myers forces them to aid in his escape from the police manhunt by traveling through the Baja California desert.
