The Hallow: A Halloween Adventure

The narrator (Ray Bradbury) recounts the tale of one small American town gearing up for Halloween night. Four friends eagerly get into their costumes: Jenny as a witch, Ralph as a mummy, Wally as a monster, and Tom Skelton as a skeleton. Their plans to meet up with their friend Joe Pipkin are interrupted when they find out he’s being rushed to the hospital for an emergency appendectomy.
