Space Cowboys: A Space Rescue Mission

Retired engineer Frank Corvin is called upon to rescue a failing satellite, and he insists that his equally old teammates accompany him into space. When a Russian satellite starts to veer off course, it becomes crucial to fix the guidance system before it re-enters the Earth’s atmosphere. NASA leader Bob Gerson discovers that Frank Corvin, an Air Force pilot with a grudge, designed the satellite. Bob asks Frank for help, and despite initial resistance, Frank agrees to fix it on the condition that his team joins him.

A Journey to Space

Frank recruits his former teammates, “Tank” Sullivan, Jerry O’Neill, and “Hawk” Hawkins, to join him on the mission. After passing strenuous tests, they are cleared to go into space.
