As night falls on Christmas Eve, Santa realizes he cannot travel to Earth just yet. Instead, he uses his magical equipment to keep an eye on Pitch and the children. One of his devices allows him to view Lupita’s dream, which Pitch has twisted into a nightmare filled with life-sized dancing dolls that entice her to steal. Meanwhile, the three brothers plot to break into Billy’s home and steal his presents, even attempting to write a letter to Santa claiming they have been good. However, Santa’s voice echoes in their ears, reminding them that he sees all their misdeeds.

In a desperate attempt to steal Santa’s sleigh, Pitch manages to empty Santa’s dream powder bag, while Santa accidentally drops the disappearing flower. As Santa’s trip nears its end, he finds himself chased by a ferocious dog outside a large house in Mexico. Without the powder or the flower, he climbs a tree to escape the canine threat.

Pitch’s Downfall and Santa’s Triumph

Pitch, determined to ruin Santa’s reputation, wakes the household and calls the fire department, claiming there is a fire. His plan is to ensure Santa is seen by many people at dawn. However, with Merlin’s assistance, Santa makes a last-minute escape, and Pitch is ultimately defeated when doused with water from a fire hose.

Before returning to his castle, Santa makes one final stop to leave a doll for Lupita, fulfilling her heartfelt wish. With his labors complete, Santa steers his sleigh back to the castle, filled with joy knowing he has brought happiness to all of Earth’s children.
