In the city of Mikkeli, Finland, a company known as VALA has been successful in developing a vaccine without proper testing. However, little do people know that VALA is a front for a criminal organization, headed by Pekka Erola. Erola’s son, Jarno aka “Rotikka”, is a notorious member of the group.
