John Rambo’s Life in Arizona

Eleven years after the events in Burma, Vietnam War veteran John Rambo lives in Bowie, Arizona at his deceased father’s horse ranch. He manages the ranch with his old friend, Maria Beltran, and her granddaughter, Gabriela.

Gabriela’s Search for Her Father

Gabriela learns that her deadbeat father, Manuel, is in Mexico. Despite protests, she travels there and is kidnapped by a Mexican cartel, leading to a rescue mission by Rambo.

Rescue Mission and Revenge

After Gabriela’s disappearance, Rambo interrogates Manuel and Gizelle to find her. He confronts the cartel and saves Gabriela from a brothel. However, she dies from an overdose.
