One day, his mischievous nephews, Huey, Dewey, and Louie, are tinkering with their car when they hear the radio station announce the lucky numbers for a lottery to win a new Zoom V-8 car. Excited by the possibility of winning, Donald buys a ticket but is disheartened when his numbers don’t match the winning ones. In frustration, he throws away the ticket.
