During the 1960s in a Californian suburb, young Gregory Tudor discovers that a local ice cream man, also known as “The Ice Cream King,” was murdered in a drive-by shooting incident. In the 1970s, Gregory has taken over the business, calling himself “The Ice Cream Prince” and using the man’s truck and parlor. Unbeknownst to the public, Gregory uses the dilapidated parlor as a laboratory, producing concoctions filled with insects and dismembered human pieces.

The Dark Secrets Unfold

One night, Gregory kills a dog belonging to Nurse Wharton, his landlord and an orderly who treated him for childhood trauma. The same night, a neighborhood boy, Roger, goes missing. Suspecting Gregory of kidnapping Roger, other children witness his creepy behavior. However, the police and Wharton do not believe their claims, making it difficult for the kids to prove Gregory’s danger.
