Plot Summary

Three years have passed since the original film, and District 13 is still in chaos. The death of gang leader Taha Ben Mahmoud has left a power struggle among rival gangs in the district. Leïto’s attempts to break down the walls around District 13 are thwarted by the African gang lord Molko.

Events Unfold

Damien is framed for drug dealing and arrested, calling Leïto for help. Meanwhile, corrupt government agents plan to destroy the district for luxury development. The agents incite conflict by framing gang members for the murder of policemen, sparking a deadly response.
