In a Brooklyn housing project, a group of street-level drug dealers, known as clockers, work for local drug lord Rodney Little. When Rodney suspects one of his dealers, Darryl Adams, of stealing from him, he instructs his lead clocker, Ronald “Strike” Dunham, to kill him. Strike seeks help from his brother Victor to carry out the task.
