The Plot Unfolds

The last surviving Sizerella, a nobleman from Bologna, is on the run from the undertaker. Sobini (Van) arrives in the United States to fulfill the tradition of a Sizerella being shot by a Maldonado. Mistaking Dr. Budd for a Sizerella, Sobini persuades him to return to Bologna, bringing along his ward and attorney.

Twists and Turns

Upon arrival in Bologna, romantic entanglements ensue. Dr. Budd catches the eye of Cola (Marion Fairbanks) while Coca (Madeline Fairbanks) pines for the heir of the rival house of Madonado (Love). The doctor finds himself embroiled in a comedy of errors, trying to avoid a duel, mixing up the twins, and dodging marriage proposals.
