As the Third Carlist War ravages Spain in 1876, a remote valley in the Basque Country becomes the unlikely setting for a fateful encounter. A bombing destroys a church-turned-orphanage, claiming the lives of nuns and girls, except for one survivor. A stranger appears, promising healing and eternal life in exchange for unwavering loyalty.

A Vampiric Transformation

The survivor, now a vampire under the care of her savior whom she calls Mother, navigates her newfound existence. She learns to hunt in the darkness, feed on the blood of fallen soldiers, and evade sunlight. However, their peaceful existence is shattered when villagers discover and attack their hideout, leading to a daring escape.
